| How do I get started?

| All you need to do to get started is click on the Register for Free link on the
main page, www.serviceyourlisting.com. Upon completion of this section, you will
be brought to your private home page. From here, you can click on Create.

| How do I create an MLS link?
|
| Each MLS is different, but we would suggest viewing your listing within MLS, send a copy of it to your email address (client view, or full agent view, etc, whichever one you want people to see.)
When you receive that email from your MLS, open it in your browser. Once there, you can copy the address and paste the link in our system. When done, you can test the link to ensure it is working properly.

| How do I get my virtual tour link?
|
| In most cases, your virtual tour company provides you with a link to your property. You will either need to contact your virtual tour company or if it is already in your MLS, you can copy and paste from that area as well. |

| After I upload my pictures and my property info, will I see my completed e-Ad?
|
| Once purchased, you will receive one (1) of three (3) e-Ad proofs via separate email. Here you have an opportunity to view the entire marketing piece, just as it will appear once it is sent. You can either approve and schedule your e-Ad for future delivery, or instruct our design department to make necessary changes. |

| What are the requirements for uploading my own artwork?
|
Service your listing.com allows you to use your existing artwork. We seamlessly merge your own artwork with our Feedback Composer to offer you the best of both worlds.
Please note that the completed artwork is one, self-contained, jpg file and must include personal and company contact information as well as the property information.
Artwork requirements:

1 - 600 pixels wide x 800 pixels tall.

2 - File size less than 500kb.

3 - File image must be of type ".jpg"

4 - Min resolution of 72 DPI

| Can I proof my own artwork?
|
| Yes. You are allowed up to three (3) proofs of your e-Ad, however, the amount of changes that can be made will be limited as we have no control over your original design work. The types of changes that can be made are related to your contact information, subject header, Feedback questions and recipients. Prior to proofing, you will have an opportunity to view and edit all these items within your Summary page. |

| As soon as recipients submit Feedback, responses instantly appear in the Reports section of the members’ area. Here you can customize reports for your sellers by selecting only the answers you wish to discuss. The Feedback Engine is a powerful tool that increases your professional image, creates new discussion points with your seller, and assists you in refining your marketing strategy and in applying the process all over again. | How current are your recipient lists?
|
| We cooperate with other email marketing companies to manage and maintain a “clean” list of subscribers. Additionally, the list is in a constant state of enhancement due to the fact that agents change brokers, moved or changed email addresses. Due to the volume of nationwide e-Ads we send everyday, you can be assured that we are constantly updating our software to manage the cleanest list of subscribers, eliminating the possibility of unwanted email for our users. |
